Welcome to Worthing West Constituency Labour Party
Worthing West is the Parliamentary Constituency that includes the western half of Worthing along with East Preston, Ferring and Angmering & Findon. The rest of Worthing is included with Lancing, Shoreham and Southwick in the East Worthing and Shoreham Parliamentary Constituency.
Nine of the 13 wards in the Worthing Borough Council area are in the Worthing West Constituency, along with the Ferring, East Preston and Angmering & Findon wards that elect councillors to the Arun District Council.
Local elections in Worthing are on a four year cycle. In three of the years one third of the councillors on Worthing Borough Council come up for re-election. In the fourth year there are elections for the West Sussex County Council.
