Caroline Baxter is West Sussex County Councillor for Worthing East and standing as candidate for Central Ward, Worthing.

Caroline is an independent business owner and occasional musician. She is committed to community wealth building, improving prosperity for residents and businesses, and protecting our environment and coastal heritage. She lives in Worthing with her family and her two Cockapoos.
